LG Innotek Showcases Cutting-Edge Mobility Innovations at CES 2026

LG Innotek is set to unveil its latest advancements in mobility solutions at CES 2026, taking place in Las Vegas from January 6 to January 9. The company aims to demonstrate its commitment to autonomous driving technologies and electric vehicle (EV) solutions, garnering strong interest from attendees.

With a booth spanning approximately 330.58 square meters located at the entrance of the Las Vegas Convention Center’s West Hall, the exhibition will showcase a mock-up of a futuristic autonomous concept vehicle. This year’s presentation emphasizes an integrated approach, featuring a total of 16 products related to Autonomous Driving (AD) and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).

As part of its strategy to evolve beyond traditional automotive electronics, LG Innotek has shifted its product presentation to focus on integrated software solutions. This approach highlights the company’s ambition to become a customer-centric provider of total mobility solutions, especially in the burgeoning field of AI-Defined Vehicles (AIDV).

The autonomous vehicle mock-up displays a variety of cutting-edge technologies. Among the key highlights is the company’s flagship offering, the Autonomous Driving Convergence Sensing Solutions. These include advanced vehicle camera modules that seamlessly integrate with LiDAR and Radar technologies. Notably, the Heated Camera Module can rapidly melt snow or frost, while the Active Cleaning Camera Module can clean the lens within one second, enhancing functionality through LG Innotek’s proprietary software.

One of the most anticipated products is a high-performance, ultra-compact LiDAR system, developed in collaboration with the U.S. firm Aeva. This innovative technology can detect objects up to 200 meters away, addressing limitations present in current camera systems.

Visitors will have the opportunity to experience the autonomous vehicle mock-up first-hand, stepping into the driver’s seat and exploring its features through an LED screen that illustrates the vehicle’s autonomous driving capabilities. This immersive experience also includes LG Innotek’s In-Cabin Solutions, featuring the Next-Generation Under-Display Camera Module. This module, hidden behind the dashboard, allows precise facial recognition without compromising image quality, utilizing LG’s in-house AI image restoration software.

Additional in-cabin features include Child Presence Detection (CPD) and a Kick Sensor for hands-free trunk operation. The exhibition will also highlight advanced vehicle lighting solutions, such as the CES 2026 Innovation Award-winning Ultra-Thin Pixel Lighting Modules. These modules, which utilize ultra-high-resolution pixels, enhance vehicle aesthetics and safety.

In terms of connectivity, LG Innotek will showcase a 5G NTN Module for blind-spot satellite communication and a Vehicular AP Module acting as the AIDV’s “brain.” These innovations aim to improve safety and convenience for drivers and passengers alike.

The exhibition will also feature a dedicated EV mock-up, providing insights into essential EV components. This mock-up includes 15 integrated EV solutions, such as the world’s first 800V Wireless Battery Management System (BMS), developed in collaboration with B-Link. This system integrates the batteries and Battery Junction Box (BJB) into a single unit, promoting efficiency and reducing weight in battery packs.

Moon Hyuksoo, CEO of LG Innotek, expressed enthusiasm about the upcoming exhibition, stating, “CES 2026 presents a valuable opportunity to secure new business prospects in autonomous driving and EVs. Through this exhibition, we will leap forward as a mobility innovation company, delivering distinguished value to our customers.”
