Urgent Events in Berkshire: Film Screenings, Dance Festival & More

On Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 6 p.m., Kaatsbaan Cultural Park in Tivoli will host a preview of “Clouds from a Crumbling Giant,” a groundbreaking work by inkBoat, a renowned physical theatre and dance company. Directed by Shinichi Iova-Koga, this performance merges Daoist Internal Arts with avant-garde dance, exploring themes of existence and the afterlife. Just two days earlier, on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at 3 p.m., the Berkshire International Film Festival will screen “SLAY” at The Triplex in Great Barrington. This eye-opening documentary by Rebecca Cappelli exposes the shocking truths behind the fashion industry, including animal cruelty and greenwashing. Following the screening, a Q&A session with environmental designer Joshua Katcher will offer further insights, along with a unique opportunity for attendees to participate in a free clothing swap.
