Their plans include a small single-storey extension at the rear, the addition of a new coldroom store, and the installation of replacement signage.
Founded by four childhood friends, The Beefy Boys has quickly gained acclaim, boasting five locations across England, including Oxford, Hereford, and Bath. The company has engaged development consultancy firm Pegasus Group to submit the planning documents. A representative stated that the proposed improvements were “developed in response to the existing fit out” while aiming to enhance the building’s “wider architectural and historic interest.”
