The UK Health Security Agency has also issued a cold weather warning for parts of the Midlands and northern England, effective from 8 AM on Monday until 8 AM next Friday. The warning encompasses areas including the North West, East Midlands, West Midlands, North East, and Yorkshire and the Humber, further complicating recovery efforts as flooding is expected to persist throughout the weekend.
