A man has been charged with racially abusing Bournemouth forward Antoine Semenyo during a Premier League match at Anfield on August 15, 2023. The individual, identified as Mark Mogan, 47, from Dovecot, faces a charge of Racially Aggravated Section 5 Public Order.
