Riley Keough Denies Allegations of Egg Donation in Lawsuit

A recent legal dispute has cast a shadow over Hollywood, with allegations involving actress Riley Keough and the late Kelly Preston, wife of actor John Travolta. Newly filed court documents claim that Keough, the granddaughter of Elvis Presley, secretly donated her eggs to help Travolta and Preston conceive a child. Both Keough and her grandmother, Priscilla Presley, have strongly denied these allegations, describing them as baseless and damaging.

The lawsuit, which seeks $50 million in damages, was filed on December 16, 2023, by former associates of Priscilla Presley, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko. The allegations suggest that Keough’s biological donation may have led to the birth of Travolta and Preston’s youngest child, Benjamin, now 15 years old. The claims add a layer of complexity to an already bitter legal battle involving the Presley family estate and Keough’s brother, Navarone Garcia.

According to the lawsuit, a deal was allegedly struck for Keough to sell her eggs to Travolta and Preston. The complaint states that Michael Lockwood, the ex-husband of Lisa Marie Presley, informed Kruse that Kelly Preston had been unable to bear children. It also claims that Travolta had previously used Lisa Marie’s eggs in an attempt to conceive. The documents allege that shortly after the death of Lisa Marie in January 2023, Lockwood reached out to Kruse and Fialko, asserting that Lisa Marie’s eggs had been used in prior pregnancies and that Travolta sought to use Keough’s eggs for his and Preston’s family.

The lawsuit includes disturbing details about Lockwood’s financial struggles, suggesting he resorted to eating “dog food” and was seeking a financial payoff from the allegations. It is claimed that Keough received both an old Jaguar and cash between $10,000 and $20,000 for her supposed donation, though the legal filings do not confirm whether this arrangement resulted in the birth of Benjamin or any other child.

Legal representatives for Keough and Priscilla Presley have vehemently denied the allegations. In a statement made in September, they labeled the claims as false and harmful. The lawsuit accuses Priscilla Presley of fraud, breach of contract, and misappropriation of name and likeness, among other charges. Kruse and Fialko, who have reportedly changed lawyers multiple times, are said to be pursuing a campaign to discredit Priscilla Presley and extract financial settlements, including a hypothetical million-dollar offer from the Presley family.

Legal expert Marty Singer, representing Priscilla Presley, commented on the case, stating, “Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators have demonstrated that there is no ethical line they are unwilling to cross.” He added that their repeated failures in court highlight their intent to cause distress to the Presley family.

The allegations surrounding the egg donation have sparked significant backlash from both Keough and Priscilla Presley. The lawsuit implies that Benjamin Travolta may have a genetic link to the Presley family, further complicating matters. Documents reportedly include notes that state “Ben Travolta” and indicate that Kelly Preston carried the child.

As of now, neither Travolta nor his representatives have commented on the ongoing legal situation. Meanwhile, Keough and Priscilla Presley have vowed to legally contest these allegations to protect their families and reputations.
