Kanye West stated that he will be making real-time updates to Vultures 2 for streaming platforms.
The news was revealed through a post on the Yeezy website, which caught the attention of fans on social media over the weekend. The announcement states that “Vultures 2” is now accessible on all DSPs. “New songs will be released immediately as they are updated.”
Fans have been expressing dissatisfaction with the mixing on Vultures 2 since it was released earlier today. “One user on X (formerly Twitter) joked that we should continue listening to see if they have been repaired.”
Another person commented: “I would prefer if the vocals were more prominent in the majority of the songs.” The sound of the production is unclear. Another person commented: “They claimed this about vultures 1 and I didn’t see any significant differences – vultures 2 needs to completely remake and remix entire songs, there’s no fixing that album.”
Ty Dolla Sign revealed that he and West have plans to host a listening event in Utah next Friday, however, fans flooded the comments section, insisting on updates for the new album. “The album is awful, please make it better,” says the top comment. Reverse the time so that it moves slowly and the river returns to its original greatness; if possible, adjust the mixing so that this album can transform from mediocre to exceptional. “Give it the same tlop treatment,” another person commented, alluding to West’s previous update of his 2016 album, The Life of Pablo.
Kanye West has verified that there will be new updates.
