During the initial stop on Victoria Road, Connor was found to have 3.1 micrograms of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood, exceeding the legal limit of 2 micrograms. Just five days later, on August 20 at approximately 3 PM, he was stopped again in the same Suzuki Vitara, this time on Furnace Lane in Trench.
After another roadside test, Connor was found to have a staggering 200 micrograms of benzoylecgonine, a cocaine byproduct, in his system—well above the legal driving limit of 50 micrograms.
