Forest Live at Cannock Chase is set to host an exciting array of performers as part of its 25th anniversary celebrations. Taking place over five days from June 24 to June 28, 2026, this popular outdoor concert series will attract thousands to Birches Valley for evenings filled with open-air music. Recently announced support acts will join the already confirmed headliners, enhancing the entertainment experience for concertgoers.
On June 25, renowned house producer Lizzie Curious and part-time jazz pianist and DJ LP Giobbi will take the stage alongside party legend Fatboy Slim. On the opening night, Katie Owen will kick off the series with a DJ set for global music icon Billy Ocean. These acts complement a line-up that includes former Wet Wet Wet singer Marti Pellow, reggae artist Bitty McLean, and the band Remember Monday.
Celebrating 25 Years of Music and Conservation
The concert series, organized by Forestry England, marks a significant milestone in its history. A spokesperson for the organization noted that tickets are selling rapidly, with performances by UB40 featuring Ali Campbell already sold out at Cannock Chase Forest. The series merges performances from world-class artists with stunning outdoor settings, creating a unique atmosphere for attendees.
As part of its 25th anniversary celebrations, Forest Live will feature shows in four beautiful forest venues: Cannock Chase, Delamere Forest, High Lodge Thetford Forest, and Westonbirt Arboretum. The revenue generated by the concert series supports the management and care of the UK’s 1,500 woods and forests, ensuring these natural areas remain accessible and well-maintained.
“Merging stellar performances from world-class acts with beautiful outdoor locations to create an atmosphere like no other,”
the spokesperson added, highlighting the concert series’ dual focus on entertainment and environmental stewardship.
In the previous year, Forestry England planted approximately 7.4 million trees and welcomed around 313 million visits across their locations in 2024/25. With more than two million people having attended Forest Live gigs over the past 25 years, the event has become a cherished tradition for music lovers and nature enthusiasts alike.
Continuing its successful partnership with Live Nation’s Cuffe & Taylor, this year’s concert series promises to deliver memorable performances while supporting vital conservation projects. Attendees can expect an unforgettable experience, celebrating both music and nature in one of the UK’s most picturesque settings.
