Adventure Cinema has announced that it will screen beloved films at 57 locations across the country, beginning on May 7, 2024. This unique cinematic venture offers audiences the chance to enjoy movies under the stars in picturesque settings.
Outdoor Screenings at Iconic Venues
The tour will feature three stops in the area, commencing at Burghley House, located near Stamford, from June 5 to 7. Following this, the cinema will move to Belton Estate, near Grantham, from June 19 to 21, and finally to Lincoln Castle from August 6 to 9. Each venue promises a diverse selection of films suited to various tastes.
At Burghley House, audiences can sing along to popular musicals such as Wicked and Mamma Mia!. Family-friendly films like The Gruffalo and Sing will also be featured, alongside the romantic classic Pride and Prejudice. The Belton Estate will screen Dirty Dancing, along with a sing-along version of Wicked and Sense and Sensibility. Lincoln Castle will kick off its offerings with Dirty Dancing, followed by The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Mamma Mia!, and a special concert film, Andrea Bocelli 30: The Celebration.

Tickets for this outdoor cinema experience are available starting today, priced from £9.80. All purchases must be made online in advance. Guests are allowed to bring their own picnic or snacks, although alcohol and glass containers are prohibited. Food and beverages will also be available for purchase at the venues.
Those who opt for a premium ticket will enjoy deckchairs included in their package, while regular ticket holders can bring their own seating. For a more luxurious experience, the director’s view tickets offer a front-row seat in a director’s chair, complete with a blanket and a treat bag.
