UPDATE: Birmingham’s skyline lit up last night as stars and VIPs gathered for the grand launch of 24 Stories, the city’s newest and highest sky bar and restaurant. Located on the 24th floor of 103 Colmore Row, this stunning venue promises spectacular panoramic views and an unforgettable dining experience.
Among the notable attendees were TV presenter Alison Hammond and Liberty Poole, known for her appearance on Love Island. The atmosphere was electric as guests enjoyed a dazzling celebration featuring a live DJ, a talented saxophone player, and an array of luxurious drinks including cocktails and mocktails.
Patrons were welcomed with a unique ‘snow storm’ effect, setting the festive mood for the evening. Downstairs, the bar embraced a nutcracker-inspired Christmas theme, enhancing the celebratory spirit. The restaurant, part of The Evolv Collection, joins other esteemed establishments like 20 Stories in Manchester and 14 Stories in London. The menu is a culinary tribute to Birmingham, featuring local ingredients and seasonal dishes. Highlights include a Beef Croquette inspired by the city’s Bullring, Day Boat Cod reflecting Birmingham’s vibrant fish market, and Saddleback Pork Cutlet served with bacon cake, celebrating traditional Black Country flavors. Desserts like Bournville Chocolate Fondant and a decadent Sticky Toffee Pudding pay homage to the region’s rich culinary heritage.
Drink enthusiasts can indulge in the popular Rhubarb & Custard cocktail, made with local WildJac Gin, and the Victoria Spritz, a twist on the classic Hugo spritz named after the nearby Victoria Square.
