A 13-year-old cat named Shiva is in search of a new family at All Creatures Great and Small after her previous owners had to relocate to a pet-free residence. Shiva, a Domestic Short Hair, arrived at the kennels on February 6, 2026, and is now eagerly awaiting a permanent home where she can thrive.
Shiva has a unique personality; she prefers solitude and is not fond of other cats. Staff members have noted that she often growls when encountering fellow felines. Additionally, she has never lived with dogs, which makes her unsuitable for households with canine companions. While she can coexist with teenagers, a home without young children is recommended, as Shiva can display a somewhat “spicy” temperament at times.
In terms of health, Shiva has undergone a complete veterinary check-up and is in excellent condition, showing no health concerns. Although she is currently not vaccinated, she was spayed by the kennel staff shortly after her arrival in 2015. Importantly, Shiva is accustomed to having access to the outdoors, as she has always had a cat flap in her previous home.
