James Blake Launches 2026 UK and European Tour to Celebrate New Album

James Blake, the Grammy-winning musician and producer, has announced his much-anticipated UK and European tour for 2026. This tour will coincide with the release of his new album, ‘Trying Times’, which debuted on March 13, 2024. Blake expressed his enthusiasm on social media, stating, “Can’t wait to play the new and celebrate the old with you.”

The tour will commence with a headline performance at the O2 Academy Brixton in London on September 29, 2026. Following this opening show, Blake will travel across Europe, with performances scheduled in Utrecht, Brussels, Paris, Berlin, and Cologne throughout October. He will return to the UK later that month for concerts in Glasgow, Manchester, and Bristol.

Tickets for the tour will be available for general sale starting at 10:00 local time on March 20, 2024. Fans can also access a pre-sale beginning at 11:00 on March 17, 2024, by signing up through the appropriate channels.

Blake is also set to embark on a North American tour this year to promote ‘Trying Times’, which marks his first independent studio album following his departure from Republic Records. The artist will appear at Radio 1’s Big Weekend in Sunderland in May.

In a heartfelt message to his fans, Blake reflected on his creative journey, stating, “Trying Times is out now. This is my favorite record I’ve ever made.” He credited the album’s success to the “unbelievable dedication and genius” of his collaborators, including Dom Maker, Jameela Jamil, and others. He acknowledged the importance of the support from his fans, noting, “I left the ‘safety net’ of a system that was strangling my creativity, and you have made it possible for me to continue by supporting me directly.”
