Kith Launches London Flagship, Expanding Global Retail Presence

Kith has officially opened its first permanent location in the United Kingdom, a flagship store on historic Regent Street in London. This new store represents a significant milestone in Kith’s global expansion, which has also included recent openings in Japan and various major cities across the United States.

The London flagship is not just a retail space; it embodies founder Ronnie Fieg‘s comprehensive lifestyle vision. The two-floor establishment integrates Kith’s diverse offerings, including menswear, womenswear, and children’s clothing, as well as a broad selection of multi-brand footwear and accessories. A notable highlight is the introduction of Fieg’s first independent restaurant, aptly named “Ronnie’s,” which draws inspiration from the vibrant dining scene in New York City.

Design and Experience

The design of the flagship store reflects a meticulous attention to detail, a hallmark of Fieg’s vision. He stated, “What it boils down to is just being able to give a lot of attention to detail in the spaces that we open, and I believe London has received the best of that.” Collaborating with Ben Porto of Porto Architecture, Kith ensured the preservation of significant architectural features, including a distinctive 1920s-era curved windowpane on the facade.

Inside, the store showcases an elevated aesthetic consistent with Kith’s other recent flagships, such as the one in Chicago that opened last year. The interior is adorned with luxurious finishes, including white oak joinery and an oak herringbone floor. High-end marble applications, such as Crystal Tiffany, Estremoz, and Pentelikon marbles, further enhance the space. Additionally, the lower level features a state-of-the-art audio system developed in partnership with McIntosh, designed to deliver an unparalleled sound experience.
